Time flies when you're wrenching on race cars!

🏁 First things first: thanks for trying Tuff Gutz.

You're one of roughly 50 brave souls serving as the original pit crew for Version 1.0 of our hibiscus and lemon ginger gut-fuel experiment. Unlike the average social-media-addicted American who's busy doomscrolling and arguing with strangers online, we're over here kicking tires, turning wrenches, and seeing what happens when you mix apple cider vinegar with questionable amounts of optimism.

🔧 Back in May of 2025, I started sharing Tuff Gutz with friends and supporters like you. A few months later, my longtime music-playing road dog Adam climbed into the garage as co-founder. Building something from scratch is a lot more fun when somebody else is willing to get grease under their fingernails.

🤘 Adam and I ended up taking a similar journey over the last decade: fewer late-night drinks, more paying attention to what keeps the engine running smoothly. Several years ago, we both made the tuff choice to quit alcohol and started searching for healthier rituals that didn't feel boring.

⚡ Along the way, apple cider vinegar became part of our daily tune-up. It helped us fire up our mornings, manage cravings, and support the kind of gut bacteria that keep our colons in check!.

🛠 After years of tinkering, testing, and occasionally creating flavors that should never see the light of day, we landed on what became Tuff Gutz: a concentrate? tonic? mixer? potion? (Seriously, what should we call it?)
